Payment
We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD or Money Orders in US funds. ALL CHARGES ARE PLACED AT TIME OF ORDER. If the part is in stock it will be shipped within 72 hours. If a product becomes backordered our goal is to ship to you in 3 weeks or less. We ship through FedEx within North America. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All products shipped F.O.B. Greenland, NH USA. Brokerage and/or customs fee's may apply for customers outside USA and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please obtain an RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) from your salesperson. Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from OSF, Inc. in advance and must be made within (10) days of receiving the product. All returned products to OSF, Inc. will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply on all returned items.

All products that are approved for return will be refunded within 15 to 30 days. All products returned must be in the original packaging and wrapping and must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered by OSF, Inc. to the Buyer.

Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after the part has been cleared from OSF, Inc. will the buyer receive the product back. After receipt of goods, OSF, Inc. shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If OSF, Inc. does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Parts that have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition. WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDITS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, INSTALLED, OR OTHERWISE RENDERED NOT SALEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PRICES/PHOTOS:
We reserve the right to change any price or item without prior notice. OSF, Inc. will not be held liable for products that do not match exactly the photos shown on our site. Products depicted on our website may not be exactly as shown.

DAMAGED / LOST IN TRANSIT:
Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If the package was dropped off, promptly call FedEx at 800-GO-FEDEX, or call us at 888-431-3278. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in Stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier or the part is returned to us. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. LOSS AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE COVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY:
Motorcycles can be dangerous. OSF, Inc. has no control over the use of any part. OSF, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature. Buyer understands that some parts may need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work etc. We recommend you have a skilled technician install the parts purchased. Not all shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. OSF, Inc., therefore, expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part.
