The 2006-08 Suzuki GSX-R 600/750 and the 2007-08 Suzuki GSX-R 600/750 models further capitalized on vacuum casting technology to reduce weight and cost while maintaining structure. The downside was a thin vacuum cast tail sub-frame that would fracture if the bike even touched the ground (we had 1 novice racer who broke a stock unit from being rear-ended in a corner). OSF's Patent-Pending racing subframe kit is made of gummy 5000 series aluminum, can be straightened several times before fracturing and costs almost 20% less than the stock replacement. The kit is a race-only non-structural application designed to accept the stock under-tail and generic race tail section. Once again - a product with function, durability and performance.

Suzuki Applications Chart OSF is pleased to announce our continued commitment to carrying a full line of product for the most popular line of racing motorcycles to date. If anything is to be gained from history, it shows us that Suzuki changes frame mounts every 2-4 years or so on a per model basis. Stay tuned to see if the 2009 models differ from the '08's.
A note on OSF's GSX-R1000 designs: the 2005-06 GSXR1000 design can be adapted to fit on the offset tabbed 2007+ GSX-R1000 by swapping bolt plates from left to right. The grid is not perfectly perpendicular with the normal plane, but the bolt holes WILL align and allow for use. A re-spin of these bolt plates is in the offing for spring 2009.

2006-07 Yamaha R6 (Gen III) Road/Race Now Shipping They say everyone remembers their first time - mine was in 1984 when I stuffed an RZ under a Buick. Fast forward 20+ years and the 2006-08 Yamaha R6 seems like a spacecraft compared with that old RZ.
OSF's initial entry into the Yamaha family features increased strength and weight reduction over the stock units. Have we mentioned the 1.5" x 1.5" of adjustabillity? The shifter is a standard peg mounted OSF shift lever with a rod-over design for quick and accurate shifting, as well as simplicity of installation. Like all of OSF's product line they were designed to crash properly. Replacement parts are also now available.
