In the event that there is an issue with your order, we request that you SEND EMAIL to issues@onesecondfaster.com. This will enter a support ticket into our database. Please include contact information, where the item was purchased, item color/options and the make model and year of the application. We handle issues via FedEx with the goal of having your matter resolved within 48 hours. Voicemails are wonderful but do seem to get randomly deleted by our wonderful telephone system.
